At Apex Athletics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Apex Athletics is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
